The official opening of Vault Tec HQ. Still formatting it. Sort of a Pip-Boy look. I chose Blogger because I know how it works having other blog pages on it. To be sure though, this is dedicated to Fallout 3. The other games will be discussed and are relavent to a degree. What I want here is an archive of informations and different character builds. I have run through quite a few. The other thing is a link to the Vault 106 GECK character creation software. You can check stats for a build prior to starting a new game character. I will just work on it slowly and casually over time.
